The poem "Black Friday" by Bill Forchion will be on display at the Washington County Youth Services Bureau 38 Elm St, Montpelier, VT throughout the month of April. The work is on display as a part of the Poem City Montpelier 2015 celebration. The celebration features the works of many poets young and old on display at venues around Montpelier. Entering into 2015 I have been working with some amazing people. I have had the great pleasure of scheming and dreaming with my producing partner Angus Reid to make some really cool ideas a reality. It has also been a great joy teaming with Pastor Ralph Graves Jr. of Cornerstone Community Church, Millvillle, NJ and Eric Brown (JTP Transportation) to develop a couple television projects. Darwin's Dream, the latest short film by Bill Forchion will receive the "Best Innovation" award at the Orlando Urban Film & Music Festival. Darwin's Dream which was completed in January 2014 tells the story of a man, played by Award Winning mime Mario Diamond, who takes an epic journey through his mind.
Bill makes operatic debut in ToscaMay 26, 2014
Bill will make his operatic debut in Tosca. Tosca will be performed May 30 & June 1 at the Latchis theater in Brattleboro, VT and June 5 at the Academy of Music in Northampton, MA. This production of Tosca will be performed with the Wiindham Orchestra under the masterful conducting of Hugh Keelan. Bill will be portraying the Jailer in Act 3.
