U.S. - Turkmenistan cultural exchange stage 2Dec 6, 2017
November 11 through November 20 saw Bill Forchion, Sara Deull, and Keith
Kaplin take part in Stage 2 of the U.S. State Departments Cultural
Exchange in the Arts (Circus) to Turkmenistan. The three circus experts
facilitated workshops in Physical theater, Aerials, Juggling, Balance
skills and Acrobatics at the Turkmenistan Institute of Culture, Circus
Department and Turkmenistan State Circus. The three also gave
presentations at the U.S. Embassy American Corners in Dashoguz,
Turkmenabad and Mary. Forchion, Deull, and Kaplin made presentations at
Specialized Art schools in Turkmenabad and Dashoguz and were honored
with performances by Students and Professors of the schools. Stage 1 of the U.S. - Turkmenistan Cultural Exchange took place May 28 - June 6, 2017 and included Bill Forchion, Sara Deull and Billy Higgins. Link to the U.S. Embassy page.

Bill Forchion will be returning to Show Circus Studio in Easthampton, MA Sunday November 5, 2017 1pm - 4pm. Bill will be leading his "Re-thinking Partner Acro" workshop. Bill Forchion will once again bring out his "Awkward Bill" alter-ego for 2 performances in New London, CT Sunday, August 6, 2017. The performances are part of New London's annual summer events and this year they will once again host performances by the Nimble Arts troupe.

Bill Forchion will once again join Wunderle's Big Top Adventures to perform at the Shelburne Museum's Circus-palooza on Sunday July 16th. Bill will be Clown/MC with his clown apprentice Quin Forchion at his side. Bill and Quin will guide the circus merriment hosted by the Shelburne Museum.
