Black History is now! a poetic celebration
February 6 @ 7 pm (EST)

Black history is now! Is a poetic celebration of Blackness, featuring new works by Vermont poet, William Forchion. “Black history is now” is a one hour program of poetry and discussion inspired by events of 2020. William Forchion author of "Sacred & Sacrosanct: a collection of poems" and "A poem A day: one year of poetry" will share works inspired by 2020's civil unrest, political turmoil, isolation, and emancipation. This program also leaves space for participants to engage in discussion about the artistic journey of a Black man creating poetry in Vermont.
